سياسة الخصوصية
تحترم باسورد موبايل ستور (passwordmobile.store) خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عبر موقعنا وتطبيق iOS، وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (عند التسجيل أو الطلب).
- بيانات الطلب والشحن: العنوان، المحافظة، تفاصيل المنتجات المطلوبة.
- بيانات الدفع: تتم المدفوعات عبر بوابة EasyKash الآمنة. نحن لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية إطلاقًا على خوادمنا.
- رمز الإشعارات (Device Token): لإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والعروض، عند موافقتك.
- الموقع الجغرافي: عند موافقتك فقط — لإشعارك بالعروض والخصومات القريبة من منطقتك. يمكنك رفضه ويظل التطبيق يعمل بالكامل.
- بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات تقنية أساسية (نوع الجهاز، عنوان IP) لتحسين الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- إدارة حسابك وخدمة العملاء.
- إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والعروض (يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت).
- تحسين المتجر ومنع الاحتيال.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع: شركات الشحن (لتوصيل طلبك)، وبوابة الدفع EasyKash (لإتمام الدفع)، والجهات الحكومية إذا طُلب ذلك قانونًا.
4. حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت عبر مراسلتنا على support@passwordmobile.store أو من صفحة تواصل معنا. سيتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا، مع الاحتفاظ بالحد الأدنى من بيانات الفواتير الذي يفرضه القانون.
5. أمان البيانات
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وإجراءات حماية تقنية وإدارية للحفاظ على بياناتك. تُخزَّن كلمات المرور مشفّرة بالكامل.
6. خصوصية الأطفال
خدماتنا غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
7. التعديلات والتواصل

Privacy Policy
Password Mobile Store (passwordmobile.store) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through our website and iOS app, and how we use and protect it.
Data we collect
- Account: name, email, phone (on signup or checkout).
- Order & shipping: address, governorate, ordered items.
- Payment: processed by the secure EasyKash gateway. We never store your card data on our servers.
- Push token: to send order-status and offer notifications, with your consent.
- Location: only with your consent — to notify you of offers near you. You can decline; the app still works fully.
- Usage: basic technical data (device type, IP) to improve the service and prevent fraud.
How we use it
To fulfill and deliver orders, manage your account and support, send order/offer notifications (you can opt out anytime), and improve the store and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with shipping carriers (to deliver your order), the EasyKash payment gateway (to process payment), and authorities where legally required.
Account & data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all data anytime by emailing support@passwordmobile.store. We complete deletion within 30 days, retaining only the minimal billing records required by law.
Security & children
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store passwords fully hashed. Our services are not directed to children under 13.
